Pricing questions
Is the AI really included, or is it an add-on?
Included — in every plan. A standalone AI receptionist that answers texts and books runs $99–$150/mo on its own. With Palm you get it, plus the whole platform, starting at $99 total.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You connect your own Stripe or Square, payouts go straight to your bank, and we never touch a cent of your card sales. Most platforms take 2.3–3.6% on top of the subscription — that's often more than the software itself.
Do I pay per staff member?
No per-seat fees. Each plan covers a range of providers at one flat price, so your bill doesn't balloon as your team grows. You only step up a tier when you outgrow the provider range or add a location.
What counts as a "location"?
One physical shop or studio. Solo and Team are priced per location; a second location is another plan. Multi-location management is built into Pro.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
